Linguamatics provides access to a range of content options, all accessible via I2E OnDemand or via our Connected Data Technology for those with our Enterprise edition.

These ontologies include: Entrez Gene (for genes and proteins), MeSH, NCI Thesaurus, ChEBI (for chemicals), Diseases (incorporating MeSH & NCI Thesaurus), Relations (to extract relationships between chemicals, genes, and diseases, etc.), Measurements & Units, Organizations. There are a range of linguistic units available as concepts for searching. Read our Ontologies Power Scientific Search and Text Mining datasheet to learn more.

MedDRA and ChemAxon Name to Structure can also be made available through separate additional licensing options.

Document structure: All data sources include specific regions for querying, which describe the structure of the document to allow queries to target specific areas of a document (e.g. title, abstract, author), allowing for more accurate search.
