The NLP Insights Hub uses Linguamatics suite of NLP, artificial intelligence and machine learning tools to find and extract business-relevant insights from unstructured text and provide these for the non-expert user.
For several years, Linguamatics users have taken outputs from our core NLP and used these in analytics tools (e.g. Spotfire, Tableau, R) in order to really understand the information. We are now providing this next step with the NLP Insights Hub. Outputs are presented in a structured, easy-to-read dashboard with data visualizations that allows users to drill down to the evidence contained within the underlying document sets.
As with Linguamatics core NLP, the NLP Insights Hub can integrate data from a variety of sources, such as peer-reviewed publications, pipeline information (via ClinicalTrials.gov, for example), real-world feeds from patient forums and social media, proceedings from conferences and events, and internal sources (such as customer call centre feeds and legacy safety reports).
As well as our core NLP technologies, visual analytics and search portals, the NLP Insights Hub offering also comes with domain expertise embedded into the solution.
